Dr. Afsheen Arif has published more than 50 papers in highly reputed international journals on pediatric genetics of cardiovascular diseases, autoimmunity, and biotechnology. She has more than 25 years of teaching experience. She has supervised nine PhD students, seven M.Phil. students and several masters and undergraduates’ students. She is a reviewer of fifteen esteemed international journals and started a network group on extracellular vesicles in Pakistan. She has been a keynote speaker at various international conferences with over 50 presentations in her accord. She participated in international courses and won scholarships from Frontline USA and the International federation of Biosafety Association, USA. She has organized over fifty events in University of Karachi under KIBGE, OWSD, PBSA, RTS (Research and teaching Society) University of Karachi. She has won more than ten travel grants to present in her research work in UK, Malaysia, Germany, UAE, and New York Academy of Sciences New York, USA. Recently completed a leadership series from NYAS, USA.
